Founded in 1971, Raffa Consulting Economists is an experienced group of professional economic analysts, providing both litigation support as well as a broad range of economic forecasting, economic feasibility, and economic impact analyses.

Litigation Support is provided to attorneys representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury, wrongful death, employment discrimination, contract/commercial disputes, anti-trust, patent and trademark infringement, crop damage, and divorce matters. Dr. Frederick A. Raffa, Senior Economist, has provided expert testimony in over 500 trials located throughout fifteen states. Staff members have evaluated over 4,500 cases, involving complex commercial litigation, multi-option life care plans in catastrophic personal injury cases, multi-plaintiff employment discrimination cases, and one of the largest ever multi-plaintiff wrongful death matters, the San Juan Dupont Plaza Hotel fire litigation, involving 100 wrongful death evaluations. Raffa Consulting Economists has also been retained on the behalf of the U.S. Justice Department to evaluate multi-plaintiff catastrophic events, including the Utah Atomic Testing Cases, involving approximately 50 claims.

Raffa Consulting Economists also provides assistance with real estate feasibility analyses, forecasting, and economic impact studies. Economic feasibility studies have been undertaken for commercial real estate ventures, apartment/condominium development projects and financial institution de novo or branch applications. Economic forecasting projects have been undertaken for clients in the public utilities and travel/tourism arenas, while economic impact studies have involved public sports facilities, wholesale and retail trade sectors of the Florida economy, as well as educational institutions.
